COURSE
COURSE is the annual conference of Lattwein users since 1979. Practical solutions developed with Lattwein tools are presented by the developers.

The more recent conferences presented the whole range of cross platform development: On the one side browser applications under CICS, that have been developed by 'mainframers', on the other side JAVA applications that process IBM Z data, developed by 'youngsters' ; Applications with 'bridges' to Microsoft Office products as well as CICS applications processing DB2 on iSeries.

COURSE not only presents state-of-the-art application development. IBM and Partners present new solutions and products: IBM Z and low end S/390 hardware, storage virtualizations, server consolidation, low(er) cost solutions for systems management.

For a couple of years, the conference is open for all IBM mainframe users. The agenda (in German) is set up accordingly and covers a wide range of "mainframe" topics.

The conference is held in German language. You find presentations of previous conferences in the german download section. .

The 46th COURSE took place in 2017 in Koblenz on the Rhine.
